Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, sending reminders, and coordinating with internal and external contacts
Oversee the company’s office environment, including appearance, cleanliness, maintenance, and infrastructure
Manage office supplies and vendors
Coordinate company vehicles, parking, and international travel arrangements
Provide administrative support and respond to employees’ ongoing needs
Host guests from Israel and abroad, including VIP arrangements when necessary
Share front desk responsibilities with the Welfare Coordinator, including greeting visitors, answering calls, booking meeting rooms, and organizing refreshments as needed
Bachelor's degree
High-level English – Fluent speaking and writing
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team; strong organizational and attention to detail skills
Service-oriented, proactive, and discreet
Full-time availability at the company’s office in Rehovot
