Quality Management at the Company
- Leading product quality improvement processes in the company
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA) examination of company products and definition of preventive and corrective actions (CAPA)
- Professional support and guidance in the development of new products from the conceptual stage to the final product.
- Performing ATP tests on company devices and carrying out grade A repairs periodically to support other company departments.
- Responsibility for implementing and fostering a culture of quality within the company.
- Supervision, implementation, and control of quality and work regulations.
- Defining work processes, control, and quality among subcontractors.
- Approval of new suppliers and management of technological interface with them. Conducting internal audits, writing investigations, and implementing corrective actions.
